support your local Community Bus

We  are at the moment facing financial concerns about being able to keep our community mini bus operational from February 2019.   We have been self funding for the past 5 years however with ever increasing operational changes, higher fuel costs and repairs are finances are now very low.

It is hoped that our fundraising events and seeking local donations may see us forward through 2019.  It will be a very big disappointment to our service users if this mini bus was no longer in operation.

We do hope that we will get enough organisations and business to support us over the next few months.

As a not for profit organisation,(not charity registered), we are restricted with grant  application funding.

However we will remain positive, and hope that we can continue to run our weekly shopping trips, day excursions and Diners Luncheon Club, for the less mobile residents of Longlevens.

If anyone reading this blog, would like to make a donation to us ( please make your cheque payable to LNP   c/o. Sandra Norman. 11 Windermere Road.Longlevens Gloucester. GL2 0NH.
A receipt will be forwarded if name and address given.

Thank you all for your support.
